Moto G6 and Moto G6 play officially launched today
The lord of the affordable smartphone market Motorola has officially launched the two new smartphones, Moto G6 and Moto G6 play in India at an event in New Delhi. The launching event was live streamed on YouTube which was started at 11:45 a.m., June 4, 2018.
The New Delhi launch is being conducted after one and a half months of the press event held in Brazil on April 19, 2018. The event in Brazil also saw the unveiling of Moto g6 plus which is not yet launched in India. The event was a grand affair and the smartphone baron hopes to generate a stir and excitement about the technogeeks and to pass with flying colours, the critique of gadget gurus. The new models promise to enhance our experience with their bleeding edge technologies and features integrated into the new models. Moto G6
With the latest version of Android 8.0 both the Smartphones come with a 5.7-inch display. A feature that differentiates g6 from g6 play is that while g6 comes with an FHD+ display, Moto g6 play comes with a HD+ display.
Coming on the specifications, g6 comes with a Snapdragon 450, 3 GB / 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB / 64 GB of storage. On the Optics side, it offers 12 + 5 MP f/1.8 dual rear camera and a 8 MP front unit.
It comes with the traditional rear fingerprint sensor and is packed with a 3000 mAh battery that supports Motorola turbo charger battery standard.
Packed with the faster processor now you don’t have to sacrifice the video quality as you can now access faster streaming content without any lags and glitches.
With an 18:9 aspect ratio and edge to edge vision display it is the dream of every smartphone lover in the same price range.

Moto G6 play
With the same processor packing as that of g6, it comes with a 32 hours battery backup and a 5.7-inch display.
It also comes with a 13MP phase detection autofocus with which you can focus quickly. With a front camera of 8MP and a beautification mode, you can reduce blemishes and wrinkles and shine through your selfies and photos.
